Weekend Delivery
If you choose Saturday / Sunday for delivery but do not pay the Weekend Delivery charges, your order will be rescheduled to the next available weekday. Please make sure that you pay Weekend Delivery charges during checkout when you choose Saturday / Sunday delivery.
Your Role in The Delivery Process
Perishable Products
When ordering perishable products, please make sure that someone is available on the delivery date and time at the given delivery address. We constantly provide delivery update via given email. In case of any missing delivery, please contact your assigned shipping company. Also, let us know as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for closed roads, access codes or other problems related to access to your property that may delay delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund for the perishable products due to missed collection or no access to the property. Please provide a clear note for delivery. Refund can be processed once we received the items according to our refund policy
Changing Delivery Address
We use a third-party shipper to deliver your parcel. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery address for an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
