Described as South Asia's answer to the pancake. Dosas are enjoyed at breakfast, as a snack or alternatively stuffed with fillings to serve as a main course.
Idli or Idly are savoury rice cakes, also a popular breakfast option. Mild in taste, chutneys and sambar are regular accompaniments.
Both are traditionally made by soaking a mix of black gram and rice, then grinding the mix into a fine batter which is left to ferment overnight. Suvai have come up with this timesaving handy wet mix, requiring zero additional ingredients, making sweet and savoury treats quick and easy to prepare.
This is an instant mix
Can be used to make Dosa, Idly, Ghee Dosa and Uttappam
No artificial flavours or preservatives
Contains rice, urad dal, salt and water
Just add the batter to a pan and spread thinly for dosas, use non-stick plates and steam for idlis.
